Often in our lives, we come across a time where we start questioning our worth based on a failed relationship or an academic setback, or any hitch that comes in the way of our perfect plan. It's good to question things now and then but it's not supposed to hurt your self-esteem. The reiterated questioning linked to your worth leads to an unhinged core belief which is self exploitive.

  • Bring awareness to all the things you have done.

To strengthen our negative core beliefs we indulge in a "filter thinking pattern" where we filter all good thoughts and keep the bad ones with us.
