Special Assistant to the Punjab Chief Minister on Information, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan says Rescue 1122 is serving the nation effectively particularly in Coronavirus pandemic.

Addressing a ceremony held in connection with UN Global Road Safety Week in Lahore today, she said that launching awareness programs regarding prevention of road accidents is the need of hour.

Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan also lauded the services of founding Director General of Rescue 1122, Dr. Rizwan Naseer and paid tribute to his entire team.
